RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an eGift card code.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivered date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition (including all documents, packaging, accessories) with labels attached. Items priced at $ .00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
Laredo Boots is not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your tracking receipt and / or return tracking number when you ship your returns.

Return conditions
Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
The following items cannot be returned: clothing, accessories, hats, and discount or clearance products (except boots, ankle boots, shoes, sandals, purses, belts, bags). No refunds can be made on cleaning products, or clothing, that have damaged hygienic protection, are used, abused or stepped on.
Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns will be reviewed by our quality control team. If there is any defect, such as breaks, stains or it is detected that the item was used, the return will not be accepted.
Items where it is specified that they cannot be returned cannot be returned.
If a return is made without previously contacting our customer service, our quality control service will consider the return as non-refundable.
Cash on delivery payments are not accepted. Shipping costs for the return are not refundable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN EFFECTIVE?
Below are the steps you must follow to make a return effective:
1. In the case of merchandise with defect or damage, the physical change of the product will be applied, only if it is reported in the first 30 calendar days after you have received your order.
2. In case you wish to make a change by size, model or color, the change will only proceed if it is reported within the first 15 calendar days after the product is delivered.
3. Generate your report by sending your mail to returns, where you describe the reason for the return / exchange, including the data of your Purchase Order and the data of the product to be returned (Model / Description / Color / Size); In the same way, it is very important and necessary in cases of manufacturing defect, attach a photograph where you show the detail.
4. Your request will be reviewed and, if approved, an email will be sent to you indicating step by step the process to follow, as well as an electronic guide with the shipping details. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the email you will receive.
5. Upon receipt of the electronic guide, you must print it and deliver the specified product to FedEx, DHL, ESTAFETA offices or the specified parcel office. IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items.
6. Once you have sent the package, we ask that you please confirm via mail to rustycoyotebotas@gmail.com that it has already been delivered and we will be aware of the arrival of the merchandise. As soon as we receive the package with the return product, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify the delivery of your new product.
IMPORTANT:
a) In case of receiving your wrong order or with a factory defect, it will be changed at no cost to you. And the discount will be respected on the established or published dates.
b) Temporarily due to the situation we are experiencing regarding COVID-19, in case of requesting a refund, it could take up to 30 days to be reimbursed.
